The Studio
Inside the Paperize studio
How are my botanical sculptures made?
In the months leading up to a project's completion, my studio becomes a place of experimentation: creativity, organisation, mistakes and solutions.
Discover my studio
In the heart of Milan's Niguarda district, my studio was once an old shop that had stood empty for many years before being brought back to life through months of renovation, hard work and care.
This is where ideas take shape. I study colours, cut dozens of sheets of paper, paint, glue, build and observe the result. And sometimes, when it doesn't feel right, I start again. From the beginning.
It's messy work. My hands are often covered in paint, glue and all kinds of materials that inevitably leave their mark on my fingertips.
It's demanding and stimulating at the same time. It requires concentration, patience and attention to detail. Some days, the hours pass without me noticing and time seems to take on a rhythm of its own.

My studio is a bright, colourful space that tells the story of my journey, my experiments, my mistakes, the changes and constant evolution of my work.
But to truly understand it, you need to step inside, look closely at the materials and experience first-hand what takes shape here every day. Come and visit me.
